ALL BUS is the new Marcopolo representative

The year 2020 begins with news at Marcopolo. The network of representatives of the bodybuilder now has a new name to serve part of the northern region of Brazil: All Bus, a company belonging to the Agramoto Group, based in Palmas and which started activities in the 1990s with a diesel engine grinding machine. .

Headquartered in Parauapebas / PA and branches in Ananindeua / PA, Marabá and São Luís / MA, All Bus will be responsible for sales, assistance and after-sales and will aim to further expand Marcopolo’s leadership in the commercialization of bus bodies and collaborate for greater proximity with customers and users of the brand’s vehicles. Marcopolo’s commercial consultant who will support the company’s new representative is Maicol Garbin, already known to customers in the region where the demand for the Paradiso 1800 DD and Torino models is high.

According to Rodrigo Pikussa, director of Marcopolo’s Bus Business, the appointment of All Bus is in line with the manufacturer’s new market performance strategy, which in the past two years has set up its own branches with complete infrastructure in different markets and has also appointed new representatives. “Service excellence is increasingly a determining factor in our business. The objective is to be closer and closer to customers, partners and users of our products in order to offer a new experience, with vehicles and services beyond expectations ”, highlights the executive.

Realizing a dream

For Alan Divino, director of All Bus, the appointment as Marcopolo representative represents the fulfillment of a dream. “This partnership recognizes the professional and excellent work that we have done for 19 years”, he comments.

All Bus’s differential is to provide high quality service and customer service. The company has maintenance teams, with its own fleet, which service customers’ garages in order to reduce vehicle downtime and ensure more agility and efficiency in the execution of technical services. In addition, the workshops of its units have modern equipment, large service areas and service boxes dimensioned according to the volume of customers.

The Ananindeua unit has an area of 7 thousand square meters and has 12 service boxes; the Parauapebas store, scheduled to start operations in April this year, will have a total area of 4 thousand square meters and a modern painting booth, and the São Luís concessionaire, has 4 thousand square meters and six service boxes.
